Buying and Selling.

I have used auctions to create businesses and to provide inventory for some of my existing companies.

When I had an Apple repair business, we always had difficulty getting repair parts.

I solved this by letting auctioneers know I was a volume buyer of Apple products. These companies would alert me when sales were coming up, and I would buy inventory to tear down for the parts. It worked great for over a decade.

When I wanted to build a handbag business, the first place I searched for inventory? Auctions.

I found Macys Liquidations and LePrix to start my business, eventually swimming upstream to auction companies in Japan and negotiating directly with some suppliers.
